• Perform daily campaign management including bid and account updates.
• Conduct keyword research, organize and refine keyword lists.

• Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field preferred
• Experience with Google and Yahoo! PPC a plus
• 1-2 years of real business experience, preferably in a marketing or analytical position a plus
• Eager to learn and develop SEM expertise

• Responsible for the establishment, documentation, and management of MyChurchSurvey's business and marketing strategy for our main web property www.MyChurchSurvey.com.
• Responsible for improving the conversion rate of website visitors who become active product trialers for either (or both) our email marketing or online survey product(s).
• Continue to expand the number of unique and relevant website experiences through usage of various in-house technologies aimed at more effectively messaging to web prospects and visitors.
• Continuously analyze and improve the overall web experience based on improved knowledge and insight gained from the various web analytics tools presently in house (Omniture, Offermatica, and Google Analytics).
• Continuous strategic analysis of MyChurchSurvey's expanding prospect audience to identify changes in behaviors, business type makeup, and usage patterns for use as the basis of new and improved website experiences.
• Drive the collaboration within teams across MyChurchSurvey to ensure that all messaging and website offers are correctly positioned and speaking to the appropriate and desired audience.
• Partner with our Sr. Customer Marketing Manager to ensure a cohesive end to end web experience strategy from the point of first time web visit to customer retention and ongoing customer loyalty.
• Collaborate with our Director of Customer Experience to ensure that MyChurchSurvey's website is positively contributing to our overall satisfaction and Net Promoter scores.
• Direct management of Website Marketing Manager role.
• Additional relevant projects as needed.

• Experience with creating and managing website marketing and experience strategies with an emphasis on offering multiple/relevant experiences for different segments of web visitor audience.
• Hands on experience with direct response programs and best practices.
• Hands on experience with relationship marketing programs and best practices.
• Passionate, high energy, resourceful, self starter, and multi-tasker; works well in fast paced environments.
• Innovative thinker with the ability to propose and drive new marketing ideas and concepts into the marketing organization.
• Team player with successful track record of working with cross functional work groups and works independently with broad general direction.
